Charles D. Harr, MD, attended Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC, and received his medical degree in 1983. Furthermore, he conducted his general surgery residency at North Carolina Baptist Hospital, now Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC (1983-1988).
